Rationale

 

I don't know. Like life, what does this song really mean?  For you to decide.

 

We can be pedantic, and say that the theme of not lying is key to Scrum and Agile.

We can say that it supports the notion of face-to-face communication. (No smiling now, I'm serious...but I'll bet you think more about f-t-f communication after hearing this song and seeing the video.)

We can say that it represents all the unconscious stuff going on in the room while,  supposedly, everyone is only thinking about working on software.

We can say it represents the beauty of insight and creativity.
